The piece is solid and robust, exhibiting no loose joints. A key is available for the top section, contributing to its functionality and security. With its unique marquetry and decorative elements, it would be a striking addition to the right location.
The lower section features old faded velour lining, and the top section is mirrored with only light oxidation and minor age-related imperfections, adding character to the piece.
Overall maximum dimensions are 92cm in width, 37cm in depth, and 200cm in height (100cm for both the top and base). The adjustable shelves in the top section measure 75cm in width and 21cm in depth, while the shelves in the base offer spaces of 82cm in width, 27.5cm in depth, and 40cm in height.
In good antique condition, the cabinet displays minor historic knocks, marks, distortion, wear, imperfections, scratches, and some decorative losses, consistent with its age and use. There are a few historic extinct woodworm holes that have been treated for precaution. Some decorative losses are present, but they do not significantly detract from the overall appearance.
