Set of two Tibetan protective objects including a bronze phurba and a copper amulet. The amulet, a hand made copper shrine with engraved Buddha on the front and an removable back housing a linen prayer note. The prayer in Sanskrit, folded multiple times, stays within the shrine that is closed by a copper back. The front depicts Buddha seated in dhyana asana position holding a bowl flanked by a pair of dragons. A long raw hide leather strap makes it possible to wear as a necklace to protect one closely. The turquoise encrusted Phurba with the power slayer is a sacred dagger that cuts through evil and guards ones’ spiritual sanctuary. Amulet 1.75″ x 2 x 0.75″ with 15″ leather cord, Phurba 1″ x 1.5″ x 5″
