Vintage Design
West-German mid century art pottery vase by Hans Welling with red glaze over a dark brown ground. The design is called “Stromboli”, after the volcano off the north coast of Sicily. The vase is manufactured in the 1960’s or 1970’s by Ceramano, a ceramic factory that existed from 1954 until 1989.
This stunning pitcher vase is in excellent condition and has a rare height of 53 cm.
